The second auction for the sale of the Grodno brewery objects and the contract law of the land lease will be held on April 4, 2012.

The objects of the former Grodno brewery are situated in the territory of the special tourism and recreation park Avgustov canal that gives possibility to become the resident of the Park.

creation of the brewery museum with an exhibition hall

construction of a mobile concert space for 180 visitors with an opportunity to rent it for different arrangements (banquets, concerts, theatrical performances)

building of a pub for 155 spaces, equipped with a mini-brewery, with productivity 1000 l/day

creation of an internet-cafe for 45 visitors

building of a rock-climbing wall

building of a shopping center with antique shops, galleries and other places

organization of a walking park in the territory of the brewery with seasonal rentals of the roller skates, skates and bicycles

construction of an underground parking for 110 cars, provision of parking spaces for the visitors of the complex.

The VII PODLASKIE TOURISTIC FAIR took place in Bialystok on March 15-18, 2012.

A business visit of the administration of FEZ Grodnoinvest representatives to Berlin and Hamburg took place on March 5-7, 2012. The FEZ delegates participated in the international tourist exhibition ITB Berlin 2012 as well as in the activities organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in Germany, the Eastern Committee of German economy and the German Union of Chambers of Commerce (AHK).

On February, 21-24th the delegation of the FEZ Grodnoinvest visited Istanbul, Turkey. The main intention of the business trip was the participation in the arrangements organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in Turkey, Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEIK), the Tourism Investors Association of Turkey TYD and the Association of travel agencies TURSAB.
